If it is important that your order arrives promptly  please do not choose 1st class post for your shipping option, but use UPS or Special Delivery instead.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and part of this process is to ensure that our goods will meet your requirements before you buy. Please do ask any questions you have before buying, to make sure that our goods will meet your needs, and we may ask you what you are planning to do with the item, to make sure it will work.

If you are transcribing audio material it may be worth installing Express Scribe transcription software first, and try out how it works with your dictation files. If Express Scribe works with your files, and you like the lok and feel of the program, then our foot pedal will certainly work with Express Scribe.

If you are unhappy with your foot pedal purchase we will refund the purchase price, less outgoing carriage, if it is returned within 28 days from the date of purchase (see below for instructions).

We cannot refund any headset for reasons of hygiene; defective headsets will be replaced or repaired as appropriate.
 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Call us on 0845 838 5121 to arrange return. We do not refund outgoing postage for the original delivery to you, and return postage to us is payable by the customer.

    RETURNED GOODS MUST BE IN AS NEW CONDITION, COMPLETE WITH ALL PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES. YOU SHOULD PACK YOUR RETURNED GOODS SAFELY AND SECURELY; GOODS RETURNED TO US ARE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER'S RISK AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBLITY FOR THEM WHILST IN TRANSIT TO US; NO REFUND CAN BE PROCESSED UNTIL YOUR ITEM IS SAFELY RECEIVED BY US.
     
  • It is important for you to pack your returned goods safely and securely to avoid damage in transit because goods received damaged will not receive full credit.
     
  • Refunds given for returned goods will be made by the same payment method as the original transaction.
